Disappointing news for the Blue Jays fans.

The Jays blew an 8-1 lead after Kevin Gausman was removed from the game in the sixth inning. SEATTLE Mariners beat TORONTO Blue Jays 10-9 in the Wild Card - Game 2.

Blue Jays Interim Manager John Schneider said he thought they sequenced very well, and Gausman was outstanding. He also said it's been a pleasure watching the team coming together and play, and he wishes he could change the outcome today, but nothing over the last few months and things are bound to take turns during the game. He trusts the guys and the roster, and it sucks they couldn't get it done this time.
