Tesla CEO Elon Musk (age 51) will be deposed by the lawyers for Twitter on Monday-Tuesday, September 26-27, 2022, for backing out of the $44 billion Twitter takeover deal.

It is known that hundreds of employees at Twitter have quit their jobs since June after Tesla's CEO met with them and expressed his views on running Twitter.
The Twitter employees got disappointed with the announcement of the deal in April and when Musk interacted with them in June's meeting where he mentioned topics like aliens and layoffs are required for the organization's health.
Attrition and high turnover are part of the damaging effects of Elon Musk's backing out of the deal cited by the lawyers.
Employees who are the frontrunners of operations at Twitter know the attrition rate is among those who've left the company.
In February 2022, Twitter reported a headcount of 7,500 employees, which increased to 8,200 by June 2022. 300 people left the company by the end of July and August, and 200 more have gone since then.
