Toronto Police reported a shooting at Pine St & MacDonald Ave 12:02pm.
The shooting occurred at Weston Collegiate Institute. One victim located with a gun shot wound and is being transported to hospital via emergency run.
There is a lockdown at the school.
As a result of the incident, the suspect fled.
Those with information are urged to contact 9-1-1.
