The Duchess of Sussex attended the Central Indiana Women's Fund event last night and wore her stunning Forrest green midi dress and purple heels. Her outfit had a touching hidden meaning—the special meaning behind Meghan Markle's outfit at the Indianapolis event. Meghan Markle glows green.
The 41-year-old wore a Giorgio Armani "twisted-keyhole front jersey midi dress" ($1,795) at Indianapolis Marriot downtown while attending a discussion "The Power of Women: An Evening with Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex."

Sending a statement through her outfit, Meghan paired her form-fitting long-sleeved dress with light purple suede pumps to contrast a green dress with a color combination that symbolizes the feminist movement.
Green, which represents hope, and purple, known as the color of International Women's Day, have been combined with white to represent the women's movement since 1908, according to the International Women's Day website. According to a new interview, Markle, who faces a "very real" threat in the UK, gave the event's theme a Logan Hollowell emerald pendant ($3,450).
According to the brand, the stone represents one of the colors of women's rights and "benefits intellect, communication, decision making, and promotes truthfulness and honesty, seeing past the superficial." The overall look is reminiscent of the green Emilia Wickstead cape dress the Duchess wore to the 2020 Commonwealth Day service.
While her $5,000 tickets were on sale per table last night at Benefits, Markle spoke with Rabbi Sandy Sasso of Indiana.
