Shocking tape of a man (who owns an Art Store) in California spraying a homeless woman with water

A man identified as Collier Gwin of Foster-Gwin Art & Antiques store in San Francisco, California, was seen spraying a homeless woman with water through a hose in an effort to make her move or change her location where she was sitting. The homeless woman is heard in the viral video asking, "Help Me!" The man shouts at her and says, "HEY, just move, move, move...!".

The video was shot outside a lounge name "Barbarossa Lounge," and people thought the man worked for that business. However, a short time later, Barbarossa Lounge issued a statement indicating this man was not their employee but a neighboring business owner.

After being horrified by the video, a user on Twitter @tjcrowley, aka Darren Mckeeman, went to the store and confronted the art store owner. Watch what he said.
