At the intersection of King St W and Fraser Ave, Toronto Police reported a house fire.
An investigation is underway on scene by the police.
Currently, the extent of the injuries is unknown.
Firefighters from the Toronto Fire Department are also on site and have advised working on the fire.
A TTC bus was called in to provide shelter for residents.
There are road closures in the immediate area.
