Police reported a FIRE at Knightsbridge Rd/ Central Park Dr in Brampton at 8:17 p.m.
The fire was in a residential building.
Firefighters from Brampton Fire Emergency Services are at the scene and have extinguished the fire.
Brampton Transit provides buses to shelter evacuated tenants.
Knightsbridge is closed between Kings Cross & Central Park.
There were no injuries reported.
Residents are returning to their homes except for one affected unit.
Peel Police will update when Knightsbridge has reopened.
