A burst water main on the Mississauga waterfront caused severe flooding, prompting police to close nearby roads.
Peel Regional Police tweeted a video Thursday afternoon showing waist-deep water on Lake Shore Road. The video showed several cars trapped in the floodwaters.
Police said they were first notified of the incident at around 4.30 pm.
