Latin star Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio aka. Bad Bunny, age 48, is a Puerto Rican rapper and singer. His music is defined as Latin trap and reggaeton. He rose to popularity in 2016 with his song “Diles,” which led to a deal with Hear This Music.
This year there’s only one winner, “Bad Bunny,” compared to the last year’s Artist of the year title that went to three artists - Olivia Rodrigo, H.E.R and The Weeknd.
His latest album, “Un Verano Sin Ti,” became Apple Music’s most streamed album of 2022 and its biggest Latin album.
